	Now pause a while and let us show you how to step back in time and experience the fascinating history of our seacoast village; from its first sighting by Bartholemew Gosnold in 1602, through often turbulent transformations to the present.
With just a few clicks, you will begin your exploration of our offerings. In the left margin are two major headings below which are various links. The first -- Things To Do -- lists activities and attractions that will take you back to a bygone era of our town, an opportunity to relive the "story" of our history. The second -- Information -- presents a brief history of Kennebunkport and introduces you to our Historical Society with its historical and genealogical research capabilities. As you can see, our facilities are located near the village center. The Nott House, at 8 Maine Street, is close to public parking in Dock Square and the History Center, just 1.3 miles from the Nott House, at 125 North Street, offers on-site free parking.
