Welcome to the Kennebunkport Historical Society’s website. We are glad you stopped by. We welcome your comments and suggestions, and, of course, a visit to our historic sites, especially as we celebrate our 60th anniversary year!

The Kennebunkport Historical Society is a private, non-profit organization founded in 1952.  Today the Society owns six historic buildings and a modern facility housing adminsitrative offices and a gallery for changing exhibitions. Be sure to check our Calendar for a listing of  2013 events, exhibitions, and programs.

 RAFFLE ~ RAFFLE ~ RAFFLE: A pair of admission and grandstand seating tickets for the 150th anniversary and reenactment of the Battle of Gettysburg.  Only 250 raffle tickets have been printed. Tickets are $10 each or six for $50.  To purchase, contact the Society at 207-967-2751 or email kporths@roadrunner.com. Drawing will be held May 7, 2013.
